At Trendify, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes orders may need to be canceled. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before making a request.

2. Order Cancellation Conditions

Customers can cancel their orders under the following conditions:

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return or exchange as per our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once the production process has started.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@trensdsify.online with your order number and cancellation request.

  2. If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will confirm and process the cancellation.

  3. A refund (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Refund Policy for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation is approved before shipment, you will receive a full refund.

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you may need to follow our Return Policy instead.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
