2. Order Cancellation Conditions
Customers can cancel their orders under the following conditions:

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not been processed or shipped.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return or exchange as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once the production process has started.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

4. Refund Policy for Canceled Orders

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you may need to follow our Return Policy instead.
